The translation of the poem was initiated and organized by the Consulate General of Georgia in Thessaloniki. The book was translated by Nino Lukashvili, a lecturer at Aristotle University and Doctor of Philological Sciences.

The event was attended by Georgian emigrant poets based in Thessaloniki, poetry and literature lovers, publishers participating in the International Book Fair, and representatives of the cultural sphere.

It is noteworthy that the poem “Fertile Land” is the first work by Dato Magradze to be translated and published in the Greek language.
